Finn is Cook Properties’ self-appointed Head of Security and full-time tennis ball enthusiast. This 4-year-old Miniature Poodle rescue takes his office patrol duties very seriously, making sure every hallway, office, and snack break remains under close supervision. If he's not chasing frogs around the pond, you'll find him sprinting after his favorite tennis ball.

Drake is a special rescue pup from Arkansas who brings plenty of sweetness and smiles to the office. With his silly personality and love for looking out the window, taking walks, and playing with his collection of toys, Drake makes every day a little brighter.

Hershey is loving 7-year-old rescue who made the long journey from Kentucky after his previous owner could no longer care for him. Despite all the changes in his life, Hershey’s gentle affectional nature shines though. He adores snuggles, enjoys long walks, and can’t resist a good squeaky toy when he greets you. One of his favorite pastimes is rolling on his back with pure joy. He loves coming into the office to take naps on the desk.

Carrot is an English Cream Golden Retriever who loves long walks, playing with his friends and sticks! When Carrot visits the office, his favorite activity is visiting everyone’s office and showing them his toys.

Lily is a mixed breed rescue dog from Tennessee. This southern belle loves naps on the couch almost as much as she loves chasing squirrels and bunnies. She’s the sweetest girl who’s eager to share her love with everyone she meets!

Jeff Cook
Managing General Partner & CEO
Jeff finds great fulfillment in the transformation of underperforming properties. Jeff holds a master's degree from Binghamton University in Public Administration. After getting his start in multi-family housing in 1997, Jeff purchased his first mobile home park in 2008.
Scott Mulcahy
CPA, CFE, President & Chief Financial Officer
Scott has over twenty-five years of experience and has held several senior positions including CFO at Clearwater Organic Farms and President and CFO of eHealth Technologies. He has experience in capital raising/structuring, M&A, and helping companies prosper in high-growth environments.
Bill Heumann
CPA, Chief Operating Officer
Bill has over ten years of experience in finance and operations. As COO, Bill focuses on maximizing operational outcomes by leveraging knowledge of cost and value drive.
Bryan Ruggeri
CPA, Vice President, Finance
Bryan brings extensive experience in public accounting, working primarily with property management and other commercial businesses providing both attestation and tax planning/preparation services.
Shane Gibeault
Director of Information and Marketing Technologies
Shane is a seasoned technology leader with more than two decades of experience leading IT and project management teams across both the public and private sectors in the U.S. and India. His expertise spans multi-site technology operations, cybersecurity, IT service management, and technology strategy. Shane is also a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran.
Marc Eagles
Director of Construction & Development
Prior to joining the Cook Team, Marc held various positions within construction from carpenter to director across a wide range of sectors. Marc's project portfolio varies from simple tenant improvement projects to large ground-up developments.
Katie Inkin
Director of Property Management
After serving as Director of a residential care facility, Katie transitioned into manufactured housing management in 2018. With a foundation in leadership, operations, and community management, she joined Cook Properties in 2020. Through her experience and commitment to operational excellence, she has contributed to the continued development of its thriving communities.
Lindsay Joyce
SHRM-CP, Human Resources Manager
Lindsay transitioned from an early career in banking and finance to excel in Human Resources, where she specializes in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll management. Her unique background in finance, combined with HR expertise, enables her to effectively align the company's operational goals with the well-being and development of the team.
Caitlin Choromanskis
Controller
Caitlin brings a strong background in accounting and finance to Cook Properties, with experience supporting multi-property real estate organizations. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and process improvement. Her dedication to accuracy and operational excellence helps support informed decision-making and contributes to the continued growth and long-term success of Cook Properties.
